Therapeutic Yoga

  • Trisha uses her expertise and background in anatomy, biomechanics, exercise, yoga and physical therapy to teach and apply yoga therapeutically to address individual needs.
  • Schedule an appointment to learn and practice safe and effective yoga asanas.

Personal Training and Fitness Counseling

  • Individually prescribed exercise program to help you get back into movement/fitness after an injury.
  • Individualized Core Workouts will be developed and fine-tuned to your specific needs. It is essential to include all the core muscles in order to enhance the strength and coordination of both your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
  • Yoga, Balance Training, Resistance Training, Weight Lifting, Agility Training, Medicine Ball Training, Bosu Ball Exercises, Core Workouts and Hula Hoops!
  • Special attention is given to the integration of pelvic floor muscles into functional activities, exercise, yoga, and Pilates-like programs. This is important for all women, but especially vital for postpartum and perimenopausal/menopausal women!
